The brand new Fastrack programme is conceived and co-ordinated by the Instructor Academy. We have been running trials for several seasons and now with the support and enthusiasm of all our associates in Andorra and Canada - The programme was fully launched in January 2008.

Closely associated with the Ski School, this 10 week course starts at the end of January with a Level I Pre Course and ends at the end of the season (mid April) with the Level II Extended Course.

The mission is to take a good parallel skier at the start and certify him or her as a qualified instructor at the end of the course - creating a more rounded, balanced and confident individual.

This is more than just a ‘gap’ course - this is intended as a lifestyle changing experience including learning or improving language skills to enable work in a dual language ski school. Regular Ski School shadowing and clinics are included and the 5 Academy Alternative Disciplines will also form an important part of the syllabus.

In addition the graduate will be taught about fitness training and use of gym equipment and much more.

The ten weeks will be packed with innovative and challenging activity every day and evening.

	First Aid - If no First Aid Certificate is held by any candidate, the we recommend a St. John's Ambulance Course before starting the Fastrack Programme.
