Booking Notes:

• Mountain opens on 26th Nov 2011
• Mountain closes on 15th Apr 2012
• (weather and snow conditions permitting)

• Accommodation for Fastrack Courses will be tailor-made according to individual requirements. Please liaise with
• UK Academy Office

• EFPEM will be offering alternative disciplines and Mountain Safety Courses (subject to demand) in the Spring. If this does happen, we will keep you informed and will post details here when more information is available.

• Please contact Instructor Academy Office to check that your Course is running, minimum numbers are required
  for each Course to proceed.

• All credit card transactions will be in £ Sterling. Prices are noted in Euros (€) but will be converted at the current
  conversion rate.

• Any late bookings (i.e. later than 14 days before a Course start date) will incur a 10% surcharge.

• Please make sure your membership with the CSIA is current. You will not be allowed to participate in a course if your   membership is not paid and up-to-date.

• Any applications for Forgeign Affiliate Membership where equivalence is granted must be cleared by the
• CSIA/CASI - BEFORE you book a Course.You can download the nessasary forms from our Foreign Affiliate page.

• For all Level I bookings (entry level courses), membership is included until September 2012 - so you do not need  to attain CSIA/CASI membership before booking.

• Important - Please Note: All Course Prices include a Course Registration Fee to the CSIA Head Office. This
• Registration Fee will be recorded onto your CSIA Membership Profile Page.
